Parliament - Responses to Cttee report on broadband from Scottish Govt, BDUK and OFCOM

The Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee of the Scottish Parliament published a report on broadband at the end of March (see blog entry). The various responses are now available from:Alex Neil, the Cabinet Secretary for Infrastructure and Capital Investment, noted that:
I believe aiming for world class digital connectivity by 2020, with substantial improvements in digital access by 2015, is an extremely ambitious but achievable approach that will deliver for the whole of Scotland and in particular our remote and rural areas.
Most of the detailed responses were references to the Infrastructure Action Plan.
