UK - Forecast for 2016 of 10.8 million superfast lines of 25.9 milllion broadband lines

Cable reports an increase in superfast broadband lines. It quotes Point Topic as forecasting there will be 10.8 million of super-fast connections by the end of 2016, while the total number of broadband lines is expected to be 25.9 million.
